I didn't know shoes couldn't be refunded; they can only be exchanged. So I did a quick swoop of the store and found this beauty! The dress is just perfect for me. It fits amazingly and I love polka dots! And the collar is so sweet, it falls so perfectly. It was the same price as the shoes, so of course I exchanged them for this, no question about it. I also bought a navy polka dot button down&nbsp;<i>(mildly obsessed with polka dots, obviously)</i>.</span><br /><div><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div><div><span style="font-family: inherit;">I was pretty bummed out about not snagging anything from the Jason Wu x Target collection that pretty much came and went in a matter of hours, but I think this dress&nbsp;compensates for it!
